At DISLIX, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. We collect, process, and store data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
DISLIX collects general information when you use our website or mobile app. This information is stored in server log files to ensure optimization and security.
Personal data: name, email address, phone number, business information, contact lists, message content, payment information.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access logs, API calls.
Camera: to capture and send photos or video. Example: taking a photo of a product to send to a customer.
Photo library: to select and send existing photos. Example: choosing a business logo or a saved product image.
Microphone: to record and send voice messages. Example: tapping the microphone button to record a quick voice note for a customer.
Location: to share your current location. Example: sending your store's location to a customer via the location button in a conversation.
Sign in with Google: when you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google Account. We use them only to create your DISLIX account and sign you in. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts or files for sign-in.
Google Calendar (optional): if you connect Google Calendar in DISLIX, we access your calendar events only to show availability and to create, update or cancel the bookings and visit appointments you schedule in DISLIX.
We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run DISLIX. You can disconnect Google at any time from your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or from DISLIX settings, and ask us to delete your data at privacy@dislix.com.
DISLIX’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use this information to provide our services, communicate with you, run analytics, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and — with your consent — for marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, payments, WhatsApp API) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
We use up-to-date security standards to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and stored securely. Sensitive information is protected by advanced systems, and we apply continuous security monitoring and threat detection.
We use cookies to understand your preferences and improve our services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations. Data is deleted once it is no longer needed for these purposes.
